These Terms govern access to and use of PosterCutter. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service scope

PosterCutter is a web application for poster slicing, file export, and related creator workflows. Features may be updated over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be legally allowed to use this service in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information.

3. Content and ownership

  • You retain ownership of content you upload and export.
  • You grant PosterCutter a limited license to process files only to provide the service.
  • You must have rights to upload, process, and distribute your content.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

  • PosterCutter offers Free, Pro, and Business plans.
  • Paid plans can be monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Billing is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, including taxes and invoices.
  • You may manage subscription actions via your billing page and Paddle customer portal.

5. Credits and usage limits

  • Credits are consumed by export and related paid operations.
  • Monthly credit allowances depend on your active paid entitlement.
  • If no paid entitlement is active, account access falls back to Free limits.
  • Attempts to bypass limits may lead to restriction or termination.

6. Cancellation and termination

  • You can cancel renewal at any time; service continues through paid period end unless canceled immediately by provider policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use PosterCutter to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Disrupt systems, reverse engineer protected components, or abuse platform resources.
  • Use automation intended to evade platform controls.

8. Availability and disclaimers

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PosterCutter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Policy updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
