Refund Policy

PosterCutter is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how refunds work in simple terms.

1. Refund window

Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase.

2. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.

3. After 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by law.

4. Cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. How to request a refund

Contact support@postercutter.app and include:

  • Account email used for purchase.
  • Purchase date and amount.
  • Paddle transaction or invoice ID (if available).

Eligible refund requests submitted within 14 days will be processed in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
