Billing and subscription basics

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You can cancel renewal from your billing area or Paddle customer portal.
  • Canceling stops future charges and access continues through the current paid period.
  • Plan updates and credits are synchronized from successful transaction events.
  • Taxes, invoices, and charge processing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
